The Prometheus Academy is a five day intensive seminar designed for leadership and management team members from organizations committed to developing and executing winning business and product strategies.
Graduates are conversant with the process, can facilitate Prometheus sessions, and can teach basic ideas. The Academy is ideal for the organization that wants its management team to understand and use a common strategy method and vocabulary. Those organizations that intend to develop their strategy without Venturist assistance should send at least one relative senior leader to this course.
In addition to the sessions each year at Venturist’s headquarters in Montgomery, Alabama, this course can be conducted on-site for groups of ten or more participants.

The 5 day
Developing Smart Strategies For Smart Wars course helps
national security officials, military officers, and political
advisers learn how to construct campaigns that achieve strategic
results in wars of all types, in peace operations, and in
disaster relief. Its focus is at the strategic campaign level.
This course, applicable to countries and militaries around the
globe, will help participants develop strategies that have high
probability of success with less risk and lower costs, while
avoiding operations that have little chance of success despite
their predictably high costs.
The Strategy Orientation program (Strategic Boost) is designed
to give teams and their team leaders at all levels an
introduction to strategy that will start them thinking about
their business in a
different way. It is an interactive mix of presentations
illustrated by a variety of geo-political and business examples,
group discussions, and substantive exercises.
Offered at Venturist facilities in Montgomery, Alabama,
or at off-site locations as required.

The Campaign Team Training Course is a four to five hour course for teams which want to learn how to function strategically, operate effectively, keep focused on strategic objectives during campaign operations, and conduct effective meetings. It combines lectures and practical exercises. It is most effective for those teams who are using the Prometheus Strategy process or who have been through at least a Strategy Orientation Course, but can be stand-alone. Offered at Venturist facilities in Montgomery, Alabama, or at off-site locations.
